No, the only physical difference between a virgin and non-virgin is the lack of hymen-but many girls have lost theirs by the time they first have sex anyway.
The cervix will look different in a woman who has had a baby versus one who has not, but that is related to pregnancy, sot being a virgin, etc.

Marriage is irrelevent to how a womb looks. A cervix of a woman who has never had a baby does look different than a woman who has had a baby and had it pass through the cervical canal. The opening of the cervix changes it's appearance slightly when a baby passes through due to stretching of the musculature.
A miscarriage, depending on how early or late it occurred in pregnancy, would not necessarily change the cervical opening.

The womb doesn't change, in fact nothing much changes. Maybe your hymen would break if it isn't already, but that's about it.

Unless the married woman has had several children, no. Why would marriage have anything to do with a uterus?

FYI: The hymen is not part of the uterus.
