Supermarkets are the outlet for foodstuffs and other goods.
If they do not stock an item, you either have to select a specialist shop (with higher prices) or simply not buy that item.
Supermarkets have removed a great variety of products so the complete range of fruit and vegetables is lowered.
Also, higher profit levels can also affect your choices.
If you want to take some power back, set up farmers markets or get growing yourself = you may start the new revolution single-handedly!
