give me your opinion on whats the best one to watch.

My advice which I shall be following is to...
Watch 'Spooks' as it is on BBC1 and therefore minus the dreaded adverts...
... Record 'Vincent' on ITV enabling you to fast forward through the ads when you watch the recording !!.

i dont know what vincent or spooks is but i dont like wife swap i would watch either justice or heros

You're deciding between wifeswap & spooks?? Never seen Vincent but Spooks is "Must-see" for me.

i will already enable you comprehend the way it is going to flow........it is going to hit upon each and all the probabilities of ways it is quite achievable for a toddler to be taken from a hotel room. they are going to prepare achievable routes taken, achievable this and achievable that. they are going to say what could have been achieved and what they might have achieved. the probabilities are high they gained't point out any data accumulated or the different possibilities. it is going to be greater bias rubbish with out genuine data. that's what i think of besides. and that i guess i'm perfect. am i able to have the ten factors if i'm please ;)

My dad watches Spooks and I watch Stephen King's Nightmares & Dreamscapes on FIVE US.

Well right now, I watch Girlfriends at 9 but in January you have to watch 24!!!

Vincent. Ray Winstone is tops.
Don't bother with wifeswop as once you've seen one, you've seen them all.
Spooks is too far fetched now.

vincent without a doubt ray winstone rocks and he's as hard as nails good guy to have on your
side in a ruck
