Visit dyson website or call freephone number on side of vacume. Often spare parts sent out free of charge. You can also book an engineer to visit your home to service machine. Costs around £70 but this includes any parts.

search on the web for dyson site. Their spares are reasonably priced, you can get just about every type of replacement part and they are easy to fit yourself. I still have an original DC01 which i have replaced a number of bits on and it's cheaper than buying a new hoover

I can't help with locating one for you but,...i gotta tell you that having got a Dyson a couple of years ago. I find them superb machines!
Does what you want it to do, vacuum, and does it exceptionally well. Also, i've found them very easy to maintain, take 'em apart, clean the bits that need cleaning and then putting them back together is simple enough. The only thing i find tricky, is putting a new belt on!..There is a knack!..Found that out after the 3rd belt change!

try the phone book but if you are handy then why not buy a cheap one from your local carboot and do your own, just make sure you get the same model.
