Quite Easy!

Q1:

.- ( ( 4 + 3 i ) – ( 3 + 3 i ) ) / ( 4 – 3 i )

= -4 - 3i -3 -3i / (4 - 3i)
= - 7 - 6 i / (4 - 3 i)
= - (7 + 6 i ) / (4 - 3 i)

Q2

2.- ( 2+3 i ) – ( 4 + 5 i )

= - 2 - 3 i - 4 - 5 i

= -6 - 8 i

= - 2 ( 3 + 4 i )

That's all.

~No, actually, they are not slightly difficult. They are rather basic. If you don't want to pay attention in class, learn the material, do your own homework or ask the teacher (or classmates) for extra help, drop the course. What do you expect to do on exams? Meet me in a chatroom on your laptop to do them for you.
