My girlfriends name is on the contrct but mine is not. Is it legal for the 2 other people in the house to ask us to leave?

They can certainly ASK you to leave, but actually moving you out would be difficult unless you provided a cause to do so.
Laws may be different in your area - you should check with an attorney versed in tenant law to be sure.

If your name is not on the contract, then she is entitled to ask you to leave. If you do not, she can legally call the police, and they will remove you as trespassers.

If your a named on the contract then no.They can`t` evict you. Stick to your guns.Evict them !!
