All the time!! I think it's rude when people don't hold the door--guy or girl. If I know someone's coming behind me, I hold it for them!

Yes. I would say even in th work place the men are conscientious of opening a door for a female BUT I will say if I make it to the door first I will open the door regardless if a man or woman is behind me and I DEFINITELY do not expect a man to open the door for me. I think nowadays its more about courtesy regardless of sex.

I'm a guy and I always open the door and let ladies in first. But then again sometimes ladies open the door for me too.

Yes. There are some guys out there whose mothers taught them well. It always pleases me when a man does that for me and I ALWAYS make sure to give a big smile and a "thank you so much". The man that I have now always opens doors for me, car, restaurant, etc. The same thing applies. I always make a point of thanking him graciously. I want him to know that I notice and am thankful - and I want him to always treat me as a lady.

All the time, my husband opens my car door all the time and when we go in a store he opens that door to.

my bf has opened EVERY door for me for the past 6 months that we've been together! Sometimes to tease him, I run to open the door for myself and he chases after me, laughing. If I get to it first, he closes it, then re-opens it for me! *lol*

I am a guy and I ALWAYS open doors for women! It is just common courtesy.

Yes plenty of times.
I do the same for anyone
either gender and any age.
But I always open doors for seniors.
