my bearded dragon does stinky poos after eating live food so i want to know if this is normal and if not what should i do.

Yes, bearded dragons will make stinky poo when they eat live food. It is completely normal .Carnivorous animals tend to have stinkier poo than herbivorous. Beardeds are omnivorous, so feed it romaine lettuce w/ the live food. Also feed other veggies and fruits. Leafy greens are GREAT! There is also commercially available Bearded Dragon Food. The more vegtable matter in the food you give your dragon, the less stinky the poo. Feed about an equal amount of live and veggie. Your dragon needs both.

Yes, it is normal. Even when they have pellets they have stinky poop. My iguana's poop - he is a vegetarian- is much bigger but does not smell near as much as the bearded dragons. Their systems are meant to digest protein and the acid etc. is more potent.

My family is an expert on bearded dragons we have two of them and i am pretty sure that it is normal doesn't that happen to us.
