If it is on your computer you could use
KidLogger- FREE

This program does screen capture, url logging, keystroke logging, ect....

If it is not on your computer you have no business trying.

Here's a solution...with a keystroke logging program or device you can track everything typed in by whomever is using your computer. Go to any search engine and type in "keystroke logger" and you will find many options. These are not to be used for illegal or stalking purposes however, so beware. Hope this info helped.

you can't, which is just as well because i'm sure you'd complain if someone was reading yours without your permission.

You can't. And you shouldn't. That's borderline stalking, my friend.
