Take a spirit level. Put it on a level piece of ground and show that the world is flat there. Then take the spirit level to other places - australia, the twon next door, whereever - and repeat the test. Since the earth is flat everywhere you measure it, the entire earth must be flat.
Just remember not to mention things like gravity, round the world cruises, orbits, space and anything that might proove your theory wrong.

Show them Thomas Friedman's book: "The World Is Flat". The cover clearly shows what it is like at the edge of the world.
You may also contact the Flat Earth Society for some persuasive (or not) arguments.

Your friends should take you to the Verrazano Bridge which crosses the Narrows between Brooklyn and Staten Island. You can see the curvature of the earth in the bridge. When you do surveying across long distances you have to adjust the measurement for the curvature of the earth. That's why it is not flat.

Honestly this is how you prove it.
Find a good sized rock. Gather your friends around in a circle around you. Tell them all to hold hands. Then throw the rock high up in the air as high and as straight up as you can. Then you wait. When the rock comes crashing down upon your noggin, you will then be able to explain what an idiot you are.

why prove anything? what's the purpose? even after you somehow explain to them in a matter they can't refuse...
will you be happier?
will life improve? will your checks not bounce or will your salary increase? will you have pool girls? will the boss give you a raise with a promotion?

i don't think you can (but i could be wrong because you can prove pretty much anything you want as long as you selectively present evidence that only supports your claim)
i know there's a way to prove 2=1 but i forget how...it was really really cool, but there was a trick in it
