Instead of pressing their numbers when they ask, hold the line as if you are on a rotary dial phone; it routes the call to an operator.

are you really sure you want to. I had a 3 months promo with them and kept their system less than a month. the employees are rude and lie like cheap rugs.
It took 6 months and a couple grand in fees to get it straightened out

you still have to go thru entering you phone # but if you just keep pressing 0 you will get a person
