Okay so I bought Sims2 Pets and I was installing the disks and it got to 64% and it just stops. I tried installing it onto a friends laptop and it went through. 64% was where it asked for the second disk. My laptop never gave me this option. I have a toshiba laptop that is about a year old. Can anyone give me any ideas as to why this is happening?

I do already have Sims 2 installed so my computer should meet all the system requirements.

have you tried putting in the next disk when it gets to that point even though it doesn't ask for it? You might have to uninstall and reinstall everything Sims, I had to do that several times on my old computer.
