how to get rid of active virus shield by aol?

i,ve tried everything but nothing works arghhhhhh!!!!!!

Have you tried booting in Safe Mode, preventing it from loading at start up, then removing it?
To get into Safe Mode repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads. You'll know if you made it because the screen will be at 800 x 600 and your pc will be slow.
Then go to Start - Run and type in
msconfig
click the Startup tab and untick the AOL program.
Then see if you can remove it in Safe Mode. I can't remember if thats possible or not.

Next time you start your pc it shouldn't load, so make sure you're unplugged from the internet. Try removing it using Ccleaner of nothing else works.
