Which one is correct? Assuming that Dan and Mary are not married and they each have only one child. Please don't answer if you are not 100% sure.

Dan's and Mary's child. or
Dan's and Mary's children.

If they both share the same child, it would be "Dan and Mary's child."

Also, which one of these is correct?

He saved Cindy's and my life. or
He saved Cindy's and my lives.

Quest 1...both need apostrophe and s, quest 2 is lives as we are speaking of both lives.
...and you should always list yourself last.

If they have a child together it would be Dan and Mary's child (there is only one child regardless of parentage. If the each have a child it would be Dan and Mary's children. (there are two children.
The second would be He saved Cindy's and my lives. There were two lives saved.

I'm not sure about the first one- they both sound goofy. But, the second would sound better like this:

He saved mine and Cindy's lives.
