A business plan is a written description of your business's future. That's all there is to it--a document that describes what you plan to do and how you plan to do it. Business plans can help perform a number of tasks for those who write and read them. A business plan includes a description of a company or small business, its services and/or products and how the business will achieve its goals. The plan includes the overall budget, current and projected financial, a market analysis and its marketing strategy approach. In a business plan, a business owner projects revenues and expenses for a certain period of time and describes operational activity and costs related to the business.

I started my retail shop business by following the business plan which is planed by TS Business Plan, a business consultancy company. Members of their team have more than 25 years experience in leading management companies.

The primary focus of this company is writing the business plans for small- to medium-sized businesses for the following purposes:
1.Fundraising from various types of investors (venture capitalists, angel investors, private equity funds, etc.), banks, grant institutions.
2.Establishing start-up businesses and the joint venture.
3.Moving the existing business to the next level.

There is an excellent softwear program called Business Plan Pro. It costs about $100, a little pricey, but really worth the money. I used it myself and walked into the bank for a business loan with total confidence I had a thorough, complete plan. Starting a business is hard work...GOOD LUCK!

www.sba.gov has them. That's what they are there for.

If you do use a template, be sure to review the entire plan WORD FOR WORD before turning it to the bank or other financial institution for correct information you entered. The names and figures have to be accurate.
