I have these tiny red bumps on my butt how do i get rid of them ?

These are usually caused by a heditary condition known as keratosis pilaris which basically causes an inflammation of the hair follicles.
Your best bet for getting rid of thm is to use an exfolliating cream containing glycolic acid or lactic acid. There is a cream called Lachydrin (12%) lactic acid that you apply once or twice a day, and they will leave your butt silky smooth in no time.

Try diaper rash cream, destin,balmex etc and see if that works..
