Shortline is the hard one to get. Why would anyone split it with you when they can get the others pretty easily on their own.

there are 3,000,000 people that have all three railroad except shortline.
they make MILLIONS of the other ones, but only make 2 shortlines, that way everyone gets 3 and thinks they're close, but in fact, they're not.
you'll NEVER get shortline.

Shortline railroad is actually a term for numerous small railroad lines not considered worthy of being named.
