You must see a solicitor for advice and to get the ball rolling. I assume you mean libelling, not sticking labels on parcels.

If you buy something from a shop and you sustain an injury through incorrect labelling of the product then you can take them to court and have them prosecuted.

First you have had to suffer some sort of malady from the product as a result of taking as directed. Then just go tell a lawyer.
