Go shirtless. But I only say that because I no longer can with my pot belly. Flaunt it if you got it and pleasing the gf never hurts either.

I love jogging shirtless. I just enjoy the feeling of it but I am not one for liking clothes very much. If you don't care that much just jog shirtless for your girlfriend and if you do care alot don't do it.

If you're young and well toned in the chest & abdominal area, then it is ok.
If you are older, and are not blindsided by old age, and can literally look into your own mirror and you are NOT well toned in the upper body, then for heaven's sake - do NOT go shirtless.
Spare all of us gals young & old from the visual affront!

If your Gf loves it, what harm is it going to do if you do it? Except turn her on. If you wanted her to do somehting that turned you on or that you liked and she wouldn't you would be complaining about it. It isn't like she is asking you to have anal sex or somehting. Is it that hard to do a minor thing to make someone else happy?

Do it only if you like it. Pleasing girlfriend is cool but it can go too far. If she thought it was hot for you to kiss other dudes, would you do it? Ofcourse not, unless that was your thing.
