Earlier today I returned to my old job to return my uniform. Since I would no longer continue working there. After I returned my uniform I sat down in the cafeteria eating some chips and drinking a soda. One of my former co-workers (a male) started talking to me about his wife and how he is planning to celebrate his anniversary when the co-worker I had ther biggest biggest crush on walked by. He stared at me while I was talking to my old co-worker and walked off. Since I told him I was leaving the job, he already knew, and since I flirted with him, I figured he would of also known that I liked him. After realizing he wasn't going to approach me I stayed in the cafteria for a while hoping he would approach me and say something, but he didn't. So now I have no way of contacting him and I will no longer be returning to that property since I have no reason to and since I no longer work there. So should I feel bad for not telling him I liked him, or should I move on.

He knows beyond the shadow of a doubt that you like him. Men can and do read the *flirting* signs. He for whatever reason wasn't interested in you, and had no intentions on contacting you after you had left. I would move on. You will most likely meet someone wonderful at your new job!! That you will be more into then you thought you were in with your big crush at your last job. Blessed be.................

Ah. . missed opportunities. Sometimes things have a way of working themselves out - -maybe you will run into him in a Walmart if it's meant to be - - or if you have any friends that work there can give him your number. . and just casually tell him "hey wanted to say goodbye but another co-worker was talking with me. . " and take it from there. . more than 1 way to skin a cat!

go back and tell him you have nothing to lose heck if he doesn't feel the same way you never have to see or contact him again

well you could go back and tell him, slip him a note or just call him... and if he isn't interested then you have lost nothing cuz you want ever have to go back there...
