If this is an aftermarket alarm not stock their will be a toggle or similar switch under the dash or near the kick panel ... find this switch put the key in and turn it all the way on (not starting) then flip the toggle switch to on if it has an on/off mark if not just repeat this step if it's not marked and it will disarm.

If its an OEM alarm the key in the door unlock it and the factory alarm will disarm.

there is always a inline fuse for car alarms. if it is an after market alarm there will be a wire led to the positive side of the battery if so follow till you find a fuse holder pull fuse no ore alarm.. if its factory check the book and find the fuse in fuse box. also aftermarket alarms are usually installed with a on and off toggle switch usually installed on or under dash or in arm rest.

Ah yes, I have this problem. My alarm resets itself constantly. First, try replacing the battery on your remote, I had to do that. Then, look down to the left of your brake pedal, for a box. Determine whether its hardwired into the electronics. If so, I'd go see a professional.
