eat honey and take a multivitamin

Water can give plenty of energy as can fresh fruit and vegetables. You may need to take vitamin D. The sun or natural light is rich in this, but as we don't have so much of it now, you may need vitamins.vitamin B6 is also very good. Another natural remedy that works is Dr Bachs rescue remedy.
