There are many risks.

Could they try teaching insted. I'm sure their perants know their weigh. For those that don't care about their grades, why would it make any difference about their weigh being on the card.

I'm not concerned with the risks. I'm concerned with the purpose behind it.

There is no need for schools to even know the child's weight, not to mention putting it on his/hers report card.

Teachers are failing as educators, school administrators are failing likewise. Why in the name of goodness would this make any difference in the one thing schools are supposed to do, educate children?

I haven't heard this. Is this something in your state?

I wonder how much tax-payer money will be spent defending these law-suits.

Stupid.
