Well, without an autopsy it might be hard to prove they were in "perfect health" beforehand....we find out quite a number of people had "hidden conditions" only when the post-mortem is done.
However, you might want to Google "voodoo death" Cannon and read some of the links there, exploring the connection between stress and sudden unexplained death.
The article in the American Journal of Public Health (2002) is especially good, in my opinion.

They may be scared in to a "stupor" or even pass out. They can also be scared so badly they have Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome afterward; but I have never heard of a healthy person being scared to death

I don't think you can really die from "fear" itself. Although the panic or shock resulting from such an experience could possibly cause you to have a heart attack, or faint and hit your head, etc.
But I'm really doubtfull about someone in perfect health dying in that way.

I think the combination of shock and or heart attack could cause instant death. I have heard of people dying instantly of shock.

i have seen birds drop down dead when a hawk comes and lands on their cage. They have a higher body temperature and a much faster heartbeat than humans though

I believe so. It's a fact that alot of people who are in a plane crash are dead before they ever hit the ground.
