well id walk straight back out the room, go to mcdonalds get a chicken sandwhich, and begin to plan how to make their lives a living hell, kick him out so he d have to stay w her, she doesnt clean at all, he cant stand that, slash some tires, id pretend to be the happiest person in the world, especially in their face, seeing how miserable they are. sorry if it sounds bad, but id rather get even then fight and go to jail. i wouldnt tell anybody anything about what i did, and id move on.

If u don't want to lose either of them join in. But neither of them deserve u and that's more important. How do u feel about ur self? Ur lover disrespected u and so did ur best friend. Personally back in the day I would've beaten the hell out of the both of them just on the principal of them dissing me. But today I'm grown up and don't have time for two timing degenerates who don't know boundaries and have no morals or feelings for anyone else but themselves. I'd find someone new who is worth having me for a lover and me having them on the real.

I caught my exwife with my exbest friend. It was devastating!
I'm glad to have good people in my life now, instead of them.

Leave. Make sure they see you though. If they are screwin you like that, you might as well break it off, play the guilt card, keep all of your things in the breakup, and then beat his a$$ once that is done.

I'd sneak out, grab my baseball bat, sneak back in, beat them either 1/2 to death or dead (whichever) and then I wouldn't have to worry about it again.
