Of course fish is meat, granted, it's not red meat which is what we usually picture when we think of meat. I would submit this for you to consider though, what part of the animal do we eat when we eat meat? Muscle mostly, right? Fish are basically muscle wrapped around a spine and a rib cage so I would contend that they are actually a form of meat. That's just my opinion and I know people sometimes disagree with it but hey, it's all good!

That is what some people for some reason don't see eye to eye on. Personally I would say it is meat because anything to me that you eat from anything live is meat to me as your eating the flesh of a fish or the flesh of an animal.

Fish is still meat. It's the flesh of fish just like beef is flesh from cow.
