Wow! You just got strangers to do your homework for you. In my day, they called that cheating.

On the other hand, the first question is a stupid question and you can tell your home ec teacher that I said so. Each is good for some types of cooking and bad for others. Brick isn't even a type of cheese - it's a shape of cheese.

What do they teach in schools these days?

I would go 'D' for the cheese (Cheddar, by the way) and 'C' for the oven. I'd never heard of Neufchatel cheese before now, so have a look at the link as an alternative to Cheddar.
