They take female hormones, which causes the breasts to develop. I know several people who changed their sex, and the men would take hormones. Most of these men did it legally, with prescription drugs. Some, however, got women to get birth control pills for them, and they took those. Of course, this second method isn't as advisable as the prescription hormones, and the results weren't as good. Most of the men took pills, I believe, but I do know of one man who also took regular hormone shots, and has now undergone a complete sex change.

Yeah, you take hormones. Pills, transdermal (patches), or injections. A poster mentioned birth control; BC could work, depending on the kind, what's commonly taken is more similar to menopause medication, though.

Shemale can be a pretty derogatory title to some. Be careful ;). Guys don't take estrogen (generally), but most transwomen do.

yes transsexuals take estrogen in oreder to grow breasts and make their hormone levels that of a female. mose trans women do not like the term she-male. thats a derogatory term used in the porn industry. but to answer your question yes a male to female takes estrogen and a femal to male takes testosterone.

you can not transition without the hormones

I am not a transgender person but I think there might be something stronger than pills. I think it estrogen shots and boob jobs.

That can happen if you take estrogen. Other side effects are low sperm count, more hair on your head, and other things as well

If you put two hardballs on the ground, and lay on your back for a few hours, you'll get 'em, too. perfect 36-c's. best part? they'll be gone by next morning, so you won't get hassled at work.
