If I really liked the job and the situation that caused me to leave was changed. Otherwise, I'd keep my pride and stay out. There's too much else out there!

It depends if you like the job or not. If it pays alot and you havent yet found a job that pays more go back to it unless you really hate the job. If the bodd is begging you to go back, maybe you should ask him for a raise and tell him the money isnt good enough.

sure, for $2.00 more an hour, guaranteed quaterly raises, and more benefits. Other than that, NO WAY! My excompany offered the $2, but refused the rest. so. I'm sitting ar home playing on my computer and making quilts.

Don't you think it would involve changes? If not, you would be going back to a job you quit for some reason.

depends on how i was treated at the job. legally, if you are on unemployment, you have to take any offer or you can lose your unemployment. I usually leave for a good reason, and don't come back.

This happened to a co-worker of mine. I was very sad when he left.
