Calistoga is good for the Valley because of geysers. I can't even name all the different spas there off the top of my head. They have everything from mud baths, to mineral packs, everything under the sun.

Be forewarned, it's expensive in that town. Up Valley is always more expensive than say, Napa. For a place to stay, there's Auberge deSoleil, and Meadowood. Both have excellent spa treatments too.

If you want to go further north there's Geyserville. It's filled with spas, but not as pretty as Napa Valley.
