After 3 days going to be hard to tell. My first signs were sore breast and morning sickness, but that was only after I missed my period.

Yes, If you start to have nausea when you get up in the morning.
You miss your next period
Some women have serious headaches
you start to hate the smells around you
Some times you can not get enough sleep at night
Sometimes you want to sleep during the daytime when you should be awake. But the best answer i think, is to see your GYN doctor and have a pregnancy test done.

Nausea, breast tenderness, sensitivity to strong smells. You'll have a better idea if anything's going on the closer you get to your period. If no period comes, more than likely you are pregnant. The only way to know for sure then is to take a pregnancy test.
