I have always been in the same mode as you. I am thin, however, now that I am older, I now have a belly and that back fat and my joints (ankles, knees) are weaker whenever I do yardwork or house work. If the muscles had been and would be strong I wouldn't have the issues.
So, get off your butt, walk for a 1/2 hour daily or run for a 1/2 hour daily . Lift books with your arms outstretched or do arm curls with the books in the house for 15 minutes daily. How easy that can be. Your body will look terrific your whole life through as a result.

By being to lazy to eat so much.
Or at least eat only foods that are raw - will really cut the weight quickly. May wish to add a can of tuna (in water) per day for muscle / protein.
Walking is good. Especially when you are bored - take a walk.
Drink plenty green tea and take vitamins.
Keep in mind that without exercise you can look great on the outside but inside you will be out of shape.
Don't forget to consult you doctor before going on any major diet changes.

Apparently 15 minutes of "brisk" walking a day is as much of a work out as going to the gym.
I also have this great thing that I bought on ebay...it is just pedals (like on a bike) on a heavy base....simply do as I do....sit in your comfy arm chair, place by your feet, put your fave TV program on, and cycle for your butt and thighs life !!

A 30 minute walk around you neighborhood each day will help. You won't get a real cardio workout, but it will help maintain your fitness level.
You don't have to work out if you don't want to. You do have to accept that by not doing so, you are likely to get fat and be less attractive, and you will also shorten your life by several years.
It's your body, and your choices to make.

Then just walk around the block a couple times a day. I'm lazy too but I'm going to start forcing myself to exercise before I outgrow my pants!!!

Not going to be easy, and it will take a long time.
Don't eat as much, cut your meal portions in half.
Eat mostly vegies and fruit. Lean meat for dinner.
No soda. No junk food. Be active.

Walk a treadmill while you watch TV.
Walk outside on a flat surface in a pretty area....peaceful area.
Walk in the parks.
Walk to the store and back
Walk to a friend's house and back

You won't get fit by being lazy. Taking care of yourself is a sacrifice of time and but on couch time. It is worth the sacrifice. All being lazy will do is expand your waist line even more.

If you are white go to an area populated by non whites and shout racial abuse. If you are black then go for a walk near your local police station.
Sex burns calories but if you are unfit you probably suffer from premature ejaculation.

Get yourself a pilates ball! You'll burn hundreds of calories trying to stay on the darn thing and laughing at yourself.
