It's more like a comforting kiss in my opinion, you know when she's hurting i don't think making out might be the way to go with her.
A nice soft kiss on the forehead is just the way to go to make her feel that your there with her

I think it depends more on what your doing at the time, if it is during a more intimate moment it is highly romantic and a deep love... if it's a kiss on the forehead as he is rushed and going out the door... I think the thought is there that it's tempting to kiss on the lips but knows that kissing on the lips could tie him up for a little while... either way... it's very sweet!

It means he kissed her on her forehead. It's a sign of affection without going overboard. I would think it means see you later, or goodbye for now.

I think it is knida of a gesture of endearment that he really likes you and he's trying to respect you rather than to just shove his tongue down your throat...so he definately likes you and he thinks highly of you..
