My guess is that his body can not handle extreme temperatures (if you are looking for a serious answer!) He always gets sick in games where there are extreme temp's - just like yesterday when it was over 100 degrees on the field with (I think) 86% humidity.

some people just puke alot...i have a friend, who in 4th grade...everyday would walk in, puke in the trash can, and go sit down...i dont understand it to this day, but it happened...and he is in great shape...craziness
