this is a question i got in my communication class. I expect the answer to be something related to communciation and related area. Wat are the hindrance or problems faced in a workshop?

I personally would think that it is the lack of participation by the people in the seminar. If you are just up there lecturing, there is a chance (big chance) that they are going to bore quickly of it. You also have to have a game plan.... have the seminar mapped out from start to finish. Don't go off subject at all. I think that those are the main things that make seminars a failure.

lack of a competent teacher or leader
lack of a plan
lack of objectives
lack of implementation
mix-up in whether the room is available
lack of needed equipment like a projector
lack of a speaker (no one to lead)
lack of people attending (no one registered)
lack of directions to the event
no plan for breaks, no bathrooms,
lack of consideration for human needs.
lack of interaction, lack of interesting material.
