It depends on a combination of the weather and my mood. I love the feel and sleek look of leather, and it feels *empowering*, but I do live in a state that frequently gets into the triple digits temperature-wise. Lace is more femenine and breathable, but doesn't offer much against the sparse bursts of cold here. I actually tend to mix them both! (ie; lacy stockings underneath leather pants/skirts) Why yes, I'm ambivalent.
