Most teachers of chemistry would not use the phrase "ionic" and "molecules" for the same substance. Molecules are not ionic. The question presumably should be "What are some everyday items which contain ions?" The easiest one is table salt, sodium chloride. Oven cleaner, sodium hydroxide, is another. Sugar consists of molecules, though, and is not ionic.
