Toads, some salamanders, and some tree frogs, caecilians, and a few other amphibians have adaptations that allow them to live on land.
The big adaptation is lungs.
You'll also find toughened skin among these. Some of these have glands similar to salivary glands which secrete "slime" on their skin, to prevent it from drying.
Eyesight with an emphasis on motion detection allows toads and tree frogs to hunt.
Most of these creatures return to water to breed -- so they must have some way of knowing where a puddle or pond suitable for breeding is, when it's time to breed.

Those that do NOT return to water to breed have specialized adaptations for that -- some even have the ability to carry around their tadpoles on their backs!

Amphibians have forelimbs and hindlimbs for locomotion on land. They respire through lungs when present on land ,where as in water they respire through their wet skin. So, they can be able to live on land also.
