I saw a report on the news that internet addiction is compared as having a substance abuse problem. Examples being that you will forgo eating and sleeping or working or taking care of household chores just to be on the internet.

I'm afraid I am addicted! Sleeping and eating still happen, but getting household chores done has definitely become a problem.
