you should be like 200 athletic. If your a bodybuilder 250 is pretty good, but if you were a body builder you wouldn't be asking if you were over weight...we need to know your fat percentage

Dude, you are 6 feet 5 inches tall. 250 sounds like a solid weight on you. I wouldn't worry about it at all. If you are "extremely athletic" then what is the problem?

No problem. Some football linebackers and tight ends who are considered most athletic of all athletes are heavier than that despite being shorter. It is the fat %, cardio ability, endurance and flexibility that counts. weight by itself is a meaningless number

No, your BMI says you should be at 187-229 lbs for your height. Go to the gym and have them calculate your fat percentage. That will tell you exactly how in shape you are.

Hun.... You sound just fine to me! You probably have more muscle mass then anything. Keep up with what you are doing.
