He as sure as hell doesn't bounce the ball. The style is called the submariner. Meaning, that a pitcher gets his hand very close to the ground when he pitches the ball. If he was bouncing the ball, everybody would've killed him a long time ago. =)

I've seen Bradford pitch several times both in person and on TV. A few times it looked like his knuckles touched the mound, but there is no way I can imagine that the ball touches.
