Search for Bowtie Christmas party games and go to the top listed bowtie site. There are 4 original games each with a bit of different skills needed. One of them might just work out real well for you.

When I was in grade school one year we played Kris Kringle. We would draw names and had to secretly do something special for that person without him finding out. The guidelines were for anything bought had to be little so it could be left without the person knowing who left it. Usually there was a poem or something small but the person liked it. This went on for like a week then everyone would reveal. The fun part was distracting the person while the other person left the present.

My family does a Chinese Christmas. Everyone brings one gift and puts them in a pile. Then at the party put numbers in a hat and draw. just go in order and pick a gift at random. The fun part is that you can steal a gift from someone. A gift can be stolen 3 times only. You can't steal the gift back though. If your gift gets stolen you can either pick a different one or steal one from someone else. It's fun to go last.
