about a month ago my grandfather died. my family lives in ohio. my
grandfather lives in indiana. he divorced my mother and married some b**** . when he died his wife did not contact us, did not put our names in the obituary, and banned us from the funeral. what can we do about this. please answer immediatly. if u want to check the obituary and see if im telling the truth my grandfather's name is eugene connell jr. mine is jessie connell.

well if it was a month ago, I am assuming that the funeral happend, I doubt you can do anything
you could sue for emotional stress or something, but not sure what good that would do or if you would have a case.

It depends on what it says in the will. Legally, as his wife, she has the right to decide how to handle his funeral, etc. The only thing that can say differently is a legally binding will and testament.
