You'll get pregnant as soon as you relax about it and stop being in such a hurry. It took me over a year with my first child, and less than a month with my second. The child will come when he/she is ready. Don't rush it. In fact anxiousness about becoming pregnant can actually prevent you for getting pregnant.

That said, find out when you ovulate and have sex a few days before and after--as often as you like.

You are most fertile around ovulation, which is about 14 days before your period. Another way of figuring out when you're likely ovulating is a little gross, but is a good sign. It involves checking the consistancy of your cervical discharge. It should resemble egg whites, be thin, fairly clear, and the most abundant at this time in your cycle. You've only been trying to conceive for a few months, so you certainly shouldn't worry. It can sometimes take up to a year for two healthy people to conceive.

Well, my husband and I took clomid for 4 months before conceiving our first daughter, have you considered something like that?

We conceived our second baby without medication. I started charting my BBT and our plan was to have sex at least every other night after my period ended. On the second month it worked. I knew that having sex every night could lower my husband's sperm count, so we tried not to do that. I never found any particular position to be better for conceiving, although my mother once told my sister and I that doggy-style was best (I about died when that came out of her mouth!)

Good luck, and don't be afraid of getting help from a fertility doctor. I used clomid and didn't have 5 babies, so it is a viable option for many women.

you need to figure out when you are ovulating. Get ovulation predictor kits and use them. If you have a 28 day regular cycle you most likely ovulate 14 days after the first day of your period. Its different for everyone. Start charting your temps and look at fertilityfriend.com

also unless you have had infertlity testing done, you don;t know that theres nothing wrong with you guys, even if you've had kids before it could be secondary infertility.

Good luck!

pregnant with my 3rd after 6 months of trying and endometriosis.

Masturbation has NO result on conceiving. None in any appreciate! And in case you predict your era in 2 days from now, the two you conceived 2 weeks in the past or you will could desire to attempt back next month.

Check out the ovulation calendar on webmd.com. It will tell you which days you are most fertile based on your cycle. It has a calendar and you enter the first day of your last period and it will tell you based on that the 4 (or 5) most fertile days. We used this calendar and got pregnant on the first try. Also, a doctor told me not to have sex every day, but every other day while during your fertile days.
Good luck!

You can go to americanbaby.com and go to a section that says fertility predictor and it will tell you when you are most fertile, another thing is your wanting one so bad, font think about it and it will possibly happen the least time people end up getting pregnant is when they are really wanting to once they stop they sometimes get pregnant.

Start "programme" twelve days after start of previous period: sex in any horizontal position once every other day for ten days. Don't do it much more often than that!
