My supervisor hates my guts. He has been trying to get me fired for a long time and its because when I first came into this place, I was practically taking over. I was actually a junior financial counselor and I was controlling that whole department, just because I thought the supervisor was a slacker, so I had to pick up his slack. The boss always told me that i may be getting a promotion and that I was the favorite. He hated the fact I took his spot. The boss just began to notice when he saw how hard I worked, and started pushing the supe.

I already got the promotion to financial counselor and he hates the fact, even sometimes when I dont make my goal, the boss still wants to keep me here. The supervisor been trying to get me fired for a long long time. The boss just keeps letting him know...hell no, she is the best here, she works hard. The supervisor doesn't know that I know that though.

I have never wanted to just get someone fired. The hateration is overbearing!!!

hon, isn't that something always happens at workplace?

i would say, leave him alone & do your best, you said you occasionally make mistake, kill that and make NO mistakes, and do everything to prevent blames to be put on you for the supervisor~ someday he'll got his *** kicked by his own attitude & mistakes~

it's great that you're doing an excellent job & your boss has recognized it, you know, the worst case i've seen is the boss goes ALONG with the useless supervisor, while you do all the good work, the supervisor takes the praise & you got NOTHING~

work hard & good luck hon!

to start with humands are naturally jealous. Everybody would want the best for themselves. In primitive times (even today) man has been fighting each other down for land, animals, mating rights etc..We may have come a far way but it is still played out today. everyone may want to be on the top-if this is not so jealoussy kicks in.

The whole world is like that. Here's something to think about, though; " Be careful what you ask for. You just might get it. " This also infers that the world at large ... is stupid, as well. Not just malicious.

The best thing that you can do is your job. And do it the best you can. If you are working harder than the person next to you at ALL times, you will not go unoticed.
