1. No more than 30 minutes a day.
2. Usually none. I have asked a few, but not every day.
3. I can post 10 to 15 quality answers a day. Any more, the answers lose focus.
4. These people are fooling themselves by spending way too much time on the Yahoo Answers site, and think it is accomplishing something personally. Thinking like that will get you in the poor house faster than a Slot Machine in a Bank.
5. Think you would pay for these answers? Me either. No way.

It depends, maybe couple hours somed days or just half hour, some. I don't have Internet access from my work so I am only online when I am not working and have some free time.
I respond to maybe 1 to 10 questions a day and do not ask very often, I take time to search trough the high amount of answers and online resources to see if I can find my answer there before I ask a question.....
This is my first answer of the day! :)
Good Luck

i spend about 1-2 hours a day on yahoo answers, sometimes every other day.
i ask max. of 3 questions or less a day
i post max. of 10 answers or less a day
----> dont really have times for these stuffs, just for entertainment sometimes.
People who get that much points don't have lives, i think.
I guess they don't which make them less productive. I don't know if they are paid for that but if they do, that would not be very fair to people who actually work hard to earn money, wouldn't you think so?

I usually spend two hours (not consecutively) a day Mon-Thurs and on Fri-Sat-Sun when I work outside the home I usually only check my answers so about 10 minutes a day, if that.
I usually ask two or three a day and answer 20-40 depending on the questions contents. Some days they are just all DUMB questions or trying to be racy which I don't find amusing at all..
I wonder about the high acheivers, as well.

Those are some good questions!! I guess i'm a yahoo Q&A addict and am on here often throughout the day. Most of the people that have answered my questions and problems have given me some good answers. I don't really care how many questions I ask or answers I give. I'm not in competition with anyone. If I can help somebody or they can help me...that's fine and i'm okay with that.
Who knows who gets paid for that and maybe they do.
I don't care anyway. :-)

earlier I used to answer a lot (thus reached level 3 in a month). then slowed down. but I get here when I'm online, unless in hurry. also a little choosy now. don't answer left and right. but most of the achievers were early here or staff. at these rate I presume I can accumulate 10-15000 a year.
one point why I am here was that answer to my first question saved my face somewhere. then I got glued
I also learn a lot of links that's really useful.
and it's fun anyway...

cant tell correctly, but people go to 40000 points if they r here in groups means 4 people r friends & make separate id & choose best answer among them only continuously then even u can reach at top.No one is paid but definetly yahoo is benefitted.

it varies from day to another , some day an hour, other days just minutes
usually a question every two weeks,
lots of answers,
actually you can get to 40,000 with best answers usually , 1 best answer gives you 10 points + the 2 points from answering the question .. you do the math

I only go to Yahoo answers when I'm at work, especially when I'm bored. I don't know how these people get that many points. I can't seem to get past 1500 and I've been a member for awhile.
