I went to see Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. Shoot! That movie was so violent. It was actually less scary than violent, I mean there weren't people jumping out and stuff, but goodness! Anyway, I had to take a bathroom break (and I didn't have to use the bathroom), did that movie mess you up as much as it did me?

I never saw the first one, so I had nothing to compare it to. I generally stay away from scary movies because the characters always act like idiots and do something predictable.

No- While they try to make things look real in Hollyweird, you have to keep in mind it's all fake. But for some odd reason- I could never eat during movies like that or even The X-Files. Weak stomach.
Have a great day!!!

Yes, I have to admit that it was very gory and violent, but ,no, it didn't mess me up. Actually, I wasn't really all that impressed with it. The whole time I was watching it I felt like I was watching the 2003 re-make of the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre all over again. And I also agree with the other answerer's, it's just a movie and it's not real.

Oh come on guys wats up with all ofyou. You dont puke when u eat meat, when you see it getting slaughtered be it men or animals you get to puke nice. If youre scared of TCM then what would you say to The Hills Have Eyes or even Hostel or the Saw series.. its equally gory and violent... and for gods sake its just a movie, camera effects and blah blah blah......

Peace'

No, I kind of expected it to be over the top in terms of violence. When the first one came out, it got the same reaction from many people. It was so much more gruesome than almost any horror movie out it was unsettling.

It was definitly a gross movie, but I agree with other people...it was just movie effects and it was no worse than any other horror movie.

I lost my virginity to the first one at a drive-in theater. So, it has a special place in my heart.
