the only things that can go into a mailbox is mail from USPS anything else is illegal.

yes, it is illegal. your mailbox is technically owned by the post office. hence, anything in there should have stamps or any postage marks.

i did this as a new business. and found out later ONLY a USPS employee is allowed to place anything in your mailbox.
its a FEDERAL CRIME to tamper with the US mail.
