I already bought fake blood... How do I apply it to LOOK real. Let it drip down my face and arms... Anything else??

squeeze some out on ur face and just let it drip. if it gets close to the eyes u can use a q-tip to guide it away. same goes for ur arms. just let gravity do its thing

This is a simple one to accomplish.
Get these fake blood gel capsules at Wal-Mart, Target or Halloween Express. You slip them under your tongue and bite them. It makes it look more natural. They also sell fake gel blood in tubes at these places also. It comes in varying believability (as far as texture, color, clotting) etc.
As far as the cut on your arms go....get this stuff called Skin Wax. It comes in a cannister. It's sort of goopyish and has this weird consistency. You can make fake scars with it. Apply it in a thin layer and sort of raise the edges up to form like a scratch mark. Then once it dries apply a tad bit of white powder to it, brush it off (to help it adhere better) and dab the fake blood on top. It looks very believable.

if u want it to drip just take the fake blood pill thingys and let the fake blood drip from your mouth and for your arms take like a red marker and draw thin lines for cuts and maybe with a little fake blood on them

You can buy blood capsules that you can bite down on and give you the effect of blood running out of your mouth.
I set up haunted houses and I make my own blood out of white karyo syrup and red food coloring. This is not toxic and tastes good to. Plus you can apply it to your arm and I gives the sticky effect like real blood.
I made a batch one time and it looked so real the police sent it to the lab to make sure it wasn't real......Good luck

Karo syrup and red food coloring. Use the light or clear syrup, not the dark variety.

You can try buying animal blood (pig, cow, chicken, etc.) which can be bought in a slaughter house i think... apply it the day before halloween so it dries up naturally... you can also buy the insides (heart, intestines, whatever) for your accessories...LOL!

wow ur costume seems like fun. for fake blood use a bright red lipgloss. i saw it on the tyra banks show this hollywood make-up artist used lipgloss for fake blood on this guy.
