There are many publishing progs out there, microsoft publisher is as good as any. It has a wizard to help you.

Depends how many you are doing. Have you got Microsoft Publisher on your PC? If not, find a friend who has it or see if its loaded up on a PC at work (thats depending where you work and what you do) It is basic enough for you and goes through everything step-by-step. Good luck
